The Williams Family Reunion 2008

 

It is never too soon to start making plans to attend the Williams Family Reunion 2008.   We are taking advantage of this opportunity to roll out the initial plans to you, the Williams Family, so that you can start making plans to attend this joyous occasion.  For the Williams Family Reunion 2008, our motto is “Embracing the Past, Educating the Present and Enriching the Future” and our theme is “Doing it 70’s Style”.

 

If you thought you had a good time this year, it is going to be a long and hard wait for 2008 – you will not want to miss this treat.   This year we will relax and have fun in the sun in the beautiful Panama City Beach, located west of Tallahassee, Florida.  Panama City Beach is filled with activities for the whole family, which includes but not limited to an amusement park, water park, pier for fishing, shopping, rentals and swimming.  The hotel accommodations will range from $85.00 to $305.00 per night.  Hotel reservation can be made as early as August 2007 and no later than June 2008.   Next year, look forward to a program book that will be printed prior to the family reunion with ads available for purchase, a family history presentation, our annual talent show and a dance (with a live DJ).

 

The initial plans for the Williams Family Reunion 2008 are currently posted to the website (http://www.TheWilliamsReunion.net ).  All finalized plans as well as an order forms will be posted to the website by December 2007 and mailed to you no later than February 2008.

Doesn’t that sound good?  Now is the time to start thinking about the talent in which you will display next year!!  We would like to make this exciting and fun therefore we are asking that each location be represented with a talent (individual or group) to be apart to the talent show!  For both the talent show and card tournament, prizes/trophies will be given!!  Let’s plan to make these activities fun filled events.

 

By now, I know you are thinking, how much will all this cost you?  Good News!!!  The cost for the weekend is $55.00 (Adults - 12 and older) and $25.00 (Child – 11 years and under) this must be paid by June 30, 2008.  This cost comes as a package and cannot be split, divided or separated.  This cost includes:

You will be responsible for the Dinner Cruise, hotel room, additional meals and all activities outside of the above-mentioned events.   Make all package payments payable to: The Williams Family Reunion and mail to: P.O.
